A barrel is a good alternative to a tent.
Very clean, always toilet paper + dish towels, very friendly reception, the barrel is very cozy and has a huge bed, the restaurant cooks very well, unfortunately the places are too cramped + too full, at night the paths unfortunately are not lit, for children the beach area is very ideal, I would ha… More

In the evening there are many mosquitoes, barbecuing is allowed at the campsite.

Very clean sanitation facilities. Food at the site is very expensive. Kiosk offers are too small. The offer could be improved. More fresh regional offerings.

Dear team, everything was very good, but not quite perfect. In the ladies' restroom, the faucets of the sinks are set so high that one could skip showering. On the last day, it smelled quite a bit like grease.... Grill night? Old grease/uncleaned grill? Still 9 out of 10. 😀

We always enjoy the direct location by the lake and the good connections to Singen and Constance, by bike or train. The cleanliness of the site and the peaceful atmosphere among the people draws us back to Hegne again and again.

Beautiful, small, family-friendly campsite, clean sanitary facilities, restaurant, picnic areas, if you are only traveling with a tent. However, it is not so great with the tent. Camping Hegne is located in the middle of a nature reserve opposite the island of Reichenau on Untersee - part of Lake Constance. Romantic Allensbach is not far away and there is also a railway connection to Constance in the immediate vicinity. Thanks to the proximity to Allensbach with its shopping facilities, the convenient location and the proximity to the lake, many families and water sports enthusiasts spend their holidays on Lake Constance here. Hegne campsite offers just the right mix of activities, relaxation and recreation. 160 pitches for short and long-term campers are spread over two hectares of meadows.
