Between the rugged North Sea and the Ringkøbing Fjord, DANCAMPS Nordsø is perfect for a holiday by the water. The elongated campsite with rental accommodation and a slightly undulating terrain for caravans and motorhomes is nestled in a beautiful dune landscape on the beach of the small Jutland town of Hvide Sande on the Danish west coast. Windsurfers and kitesurfers will find ideal conditions for surfing. Canoeing and stand-up paddling are also popular leisure activities. The campsite's own water park is an experience for the whole family, whatever the weather, with fun pools, slides and a wellness area. There are two playgrounds and go-kart hire especially for children. There are also cycle tours and excursions to the Abelines Gaard dune farm or Lyngvig Fyr lighthouse.
Beautifully embedded in the dune landscape. In addition to kilometers of wide beaches with good surfing and kitesurfing conditions, you will find an ideal area here for flying kites.

FOR US NEVER AGAIN
The location and the beach are very nice. The sanitary facilities are an absolute disgrace, because they are old, dirty, and completely neglected. For us, this place is never again, no matter how beautiful the location is.

Still recommended by PINCAMP in 2024?
We were here with the caravan in June 2023 because the site was recommended by PINCAMP. This is still the case in 2024. I would like to understand how such a recommendation is justified when a campsite provides sanitary facilities that were a "challenge" for me every morning.

Comfortable facilities for a relaxing holiday
The DANCAMPS Nordsø campsite offers four different pitch categories, so there is the right pitch for every camper. Nestled in a picturesque dune landscape, tent campers, motorhome and caravan campers are all welcome here. If you don't want to miss out on the camping feeling, but would also like to spend the night in a typical Danish cottage, this is the right place for you. Various mobile homes and cabins can be booked as alternative accommodation, and all pitches are equipped with electricity connections. Some of the pitches in the tent area are equipped with electricity connections. There is also a service station for motorhomes. The two service buildings are centrally located so that they are easily accessible from all pitches. In addition to toilets and showers, there is also a kitchen and dining area. There is also a playground where younger guests can let off steam. The highlight of the campsite is the swimming area.
