While the little ones play with fluffy ponies, older children can roam on horseback along the green banks of the Canal du Midi or around the lagoon in the Bagnas nature reserve. Further inland, the imposing Cévennes mountain range characterises the panorama on the horizon. The 1,567 metre-high Mont Aigoual in particular, with its deep gorges, is not only an attraction for hiking, but also for white water rafting on the Hérault, which rises just below its summit. Another attraction is hidden inside its rocks - the fantastic Clamouse cave with its colourful and beautifully shaped stalactite formations.
