Tour tip

Not in the mood to go home yet? If you still have a bit of time after your camping trip on Lake Mondsee, you can also set off on an extended road trip through our southern neighbour. A great route covers around 350 kilometres through the whole of Austria and takes in almost all the highlights that the Alpine republic has to offer: Beautiful lakes in Salzburger Land, the magnificent mountain landscapes of the Hohe Tauern, picturesque little towns in Tyrol. Finally, the tour ends in a relaxed manner in Klagenfurt, where you can round off the trip by Lake Wörthersee. A real dream tour - which can of course also be split into individual stages.More information about the tour
