The ADAC Campcard is a discount card in the familiar ADAC yellow colour. In 2020, it combines over 3,500 special offers at 2,888 campsites and 523 pitches in 36 European countries. Discounts are available in both the high and low season. These include special prices, longer stays and other exclusive benefits.
Simply state the ADAC Campcard when making your reservation or present it to the campsite staff when registering. Participating campsites and pitches that accept the ADAC Campcard undertake to grant the ADAC Campcard savings price on at least 50 days a year during the periods specified by the campsite and pitch operator.
The discount price includes the accommodation costs for two adults including pitch, electricity (5 kWh), shower and the fee for one dog (if allowed on the pitch).
*Example:*A campsite offers both a discount price of EUR 18 and the following conditions - EUR 7.50 per person - EUR 4.50 per dog - EUR 0.75 per kWh - EUR 10 per pitch
Two adults with a dog would pay EUR 33.25 for a pitch plus 5 kWh without a Campcard. With the ADAC Campcard they only pay the discount price of 18 EUR per night. Each additional person or dog will be charged at the usual campsite rates, not including visitor's and local taxes or environmental and waste disposal charges.
With Stay longer, pay less you pay for 6 nights, for example, but can stay 7 nights. Other combinations (e.g. 12=14, 18=21) are also possible.
Many campsites offer guests with a Campcard additional offers such as free bread roll service, reduced surf courses or discounts when buying wine.
Yes, with the Campcard you can enjoy discounts all year round.
The ADAC Campcard cannot be purchased individually. There are two ways to obtain the Campcard: - Classic advantage card: as a supplement to every current camping guide, pitch guide and combination guide - Digital card: on your smartphone or tablet as a supplement to the ADAC camping and pitch guide app.
The current Campcard is valid until 31 January 2021.
It's best to buy the ADAC Campcard before your first camping holiday of the year. That way you're guaranteed not to miss out on any discounts. On PiNCAMP you will find all information about the individual discount periods of all campsites. You can even use the filter function to display only campsites with Campcard discounts.
Yes, with the ADAC Campcard there are also discount offers in the high season.
The ADAC Campcard combines discount offers in 36 European countries. To see all the discount offers in your next holiday destination, simply search for your destination on PiNCAMP and then select either camping or rental accommodation in the ADAC Campcard filter.
Unlike the ADAC Campcard, the CKE serves as proof of identity and can be read via a magnetic reader strip for quick check-in. In addition, the CKE also offers insurance cover (liability, accident, legal protection). Over 2,500 discount offers are listed for the CKE, making it an ideal addition to the more than 3,500 advantage offers on the Campcard. The CKE is valid for one year from the date of purchase, while the Campcard is valid for one calendar year.
